This was a bad mistake. If you want “Crap in a pretty box,” QuickBooks Online is for you. QB Online is the worst and most user UN-friendly program I have ever used. Now, in a few respects (notably, customer service) QBO lags those alternatives, and that fact is what keeps it from 5 stars.
