When combined with decent battery life, a high-quality display, excellent speakers, and good build quality it's not hard to understand why people put Apple's hardware on a pedestal. Perhaps it's surprising to you, dear reader, that I didn't lambast the glaring deficiencies with the MacBook Pro like ports, the butterfly keyboard, or lack of touch display?
